Catherine is a market research and communications specialist with over twenty years of experience in conducting consumer research in healthcare. Her experience includes full design and implementation of projects, including methodology development, issues and criteria definition, questionnaire design, focus group moderating/interviewing and data analysis and reporting. She has a Bachelor of Arts, with Honors Distinction in Psychology from The Ohio State University with additional courses in Business Administration. She is a member of the Qualitative Research Consultants Association (QRCA).
